What I don't understand is why I'm slightly above average and team up with others with similar stats and get matched up consistently against streamers and people in top 1000. It's depressing to continually get stomped on to later look at my opponents stats to see 2.0+ k/d with 90% w/l and 50dtr and plat or diamond ELO.

Probably because they have viewers in their fireteam sandbagging their overall skill average.

Yeah thats gotta suck, is this in regular crucible or trials? Apparently trials doesnt have SBMM according to most.
