That's a fusion rifle, not really a sniper. They're not bullets like your typical sniper does so of course it'll act differently. It's more of a hybrid.

No but it shows off what the perk does it does curve your bullet and when it does you dont get a damage number

Exactly, my point I'm explaining typical sniper rifles don't have bullet magnetism like the bow does. Other guns have a lot more bullet magnetism than your typical sniper.
