Machine guns have the most bullet magnetism.
Hand cannons were up there for a while as well, but now they are a little different I think.

Have a BTRD with hidden hand and I agree with this. Bullets seem to just bend right into enemies no matter how far off my aim is

Yeah hand cannons were up there. That's interesting about machine guns, I didn't know that. I can see why though, it should be like that for sure.

But to go with your post, snipers have very little bullet magnetism. At least icebreaker back when it had send it felt that way. You aim at an enemy and the bullet goes where you point it.
