Hammer of sol, storm call and Nightstalker are very rare in terms of who can wield there power. Then if we were going to base things off of in game then it seems only 1 vanguard can wield 1 super. If you donot believe me then why is it that Tolan the shattered did not live through the pit encounter with eris? Explination eris was a sunsinger and could live longer while toland was a Voidwalker. Therfore this war would be who used their super first and who used their super smarter.
