Get a friend with a charged agonarch rune. Take your uncharged rune with you and let your friend activate his. Kill all the shít that spawns. Your rune is now charged, use it in the chest to get the fragment.
I got 45 fragments in 1 day.

How 45? Even with Agonarch rune you can only get 44. Right? Still can't do the 3 Tier threes and you got lucky with the nightfall?? I don't get it lol

I think they mean it takes 30 minutes if you already know where everything is and are doing alt characters. Egocentric people think that everyone does everything the same way they do it. they fail to mention the 3 hours of videos they had to watch to know where everything is at and the fact that the pairs you get in tier 2 CoO are RNG and you have no idea when or if you will get the ones you need. I have done more than 30 Stolen Runes with my titan and have yet to get 2 of the possible combos- they are the only two I am missing on that character

FYI if you know what Tier 2s you are missing, load the stolen and see if it's one you need: 1) If it's one you need...kill stuff 2) If it's one you've already done, jump off the edge, stay in spawn, fail then wait out your exhaustion.
