Is it solar and does bonus damage to oracles and have nearly no recoil with a large mag? No, so its not a f*cking vision of confluence Its just a scout rifle within the same archetype Jeez...

No primaries do elemental damage anymore. Not legendaries at least. And yes you can get those perks for larger mags and so forth. Also if you look at the gun it is the VoC reskinned. -blam!-ing noobs take this game so serious can't believe your crying over this
