It isn't bad. But it's all about rolls. You will probably grind for a few until a roll you like drops.
I got shafted on my roll.

I got Crowd Control and Outlaw on my first roll. Haven't gotten a nicer one since.

Same here, crap roll. I won't grind for it but if it drops again in a better guise I will be happy to give it a go.
