If you get the right roll it can be amazing. Mine is an ok roll but I still enjoy using it until I get that perfect roll of perks. Right now I have Firefly, Exhumed (nothing less useless on a scout rifle, no sir...), and I think a perk that maxes out its range so I am pretty happy with it.
