I think there is less aa on snipers in year two then in year one. Especially house of wolves! Shadow of veils and her benevolence that you could re roll with hidden hand. Or any sniper for that matter that could be rerolled exactly how you wanted it. At least now you can't turn every sniper into a God sniper.
