I just look at the photo and I am thinking: "I will probably get mine like this." Playing since beta and day 1 and didn't get it until july. Ended up getting it from deathsinger. Two days later during op arcblade taniks nightfall I get another one...

That would be annoying. I got mine week 2 from Xur.

It was very sad and true. "Why would you waste your strange coins on an exotic heavy weapon? Xur could sell ice breaker or suros regime next week!"

Ice Breaker? No, I kind of agree as people were basically just sitting at the back of strikes and in the Crucible sometimes relying on it to get kills or complete high level activities. The regeneration reduction I guess kind of promoted more movement with the weapon.
