It really depends how you look at it. Its technically an exploit. And it depends how you wanna look at it and how the community looks at it. For example, in halo 2 BXR RRX etc were button exploits but they became engrained in the game play so it was a hot issue for contestion between it being cheating or not cheating but they were pretty widely accepted. This one though has an aoe Influence so could be seen as worse. I prolly wouldnt ban people for it but id prolly still lean more towards this one being cheating
