It's not cheating but if you abuse it in pvp it's unfair. It's ridiculous when you see a hunter with infinite arrows shooting them in every direction as soon as they hear a super go off. Plus if you abuse this glitch you must be really bad in pvp since that is the only way you can get kills and that is just sad.
