It's totally cheating. The argument "it's Bungie's fault" is not an excuse. They do run tests but sometimes they just don't think about 1 little thing. Like having the enemy auto back up from AoE grenades. "Makes sense right?" -all of Bungie agrees- "For all enemies" -again, agreed- "Alright cool.
