I love seeing teams like this, all mindlessly rushing in, I just sit back out of their tiny range and fill their lazy little heads with lead :)
Just be smart and know the map, keep an eye on your radar, and don't corner yourself or rush around. It's very easy to out gun the shotty blitz with just about every other gun in the game!
Most of the guardians running and gunning with shottie's do it because they lack the precision to use anything else...stay back and let them flood in!

This. This. And more this. Every one shot kill weapon when used in the right situation could have posts like OPs. Fusion rifles, rocket launchers, snipers, etc

This is what I usually do by playing clash and skirmish. But with control you actually have to get into pretty tight spaces to cap zones. But yeah, playing slower and smarter will get you a long way in the shotgun wars :D.

Lol you make valid points. To add to it. I've faced players who will literally chase me down emptying their shotguns out on me like its a primary lol. Just run til they have to reload and punch them in the face <3
