The ToM is MADE for the last two parts of the raid. It is mediocre and down right crap for just about everything else. But its great for the last two parts of the raid.
Get it and shut up, Its 45 fragments that (with youtube) are stupid easy to get on one character. Takes maybe an hour tops.

The fragments do. THe Raid part does not take more than a couple hours with a good team if you only have 1-2 people learning the ropes. If you have a full team of people who have no idea what to do, yeah it will take forever. Also if you choose not to avail yourself of helpful guides on Fragments that will also take forever. Took me an hour to get all the fragments, and 2 hours to do the raid. *Results may vary.

Disagreed in that it's very good in crucible as long as you hit quick crits.

If you have it upgraded yes, also bright side, if nothing is hitting you, from full health you can land 30-31 hits before it kills you. But for the most part its not super useful and detrimental in the wrong hands.
