You still have to remember the rate of fire of both snipers and ss when weapon swapping so you would be shooting faster when you swap to rr4 than you would on the spindal which means FOR EVERY SECOND YOU ARE SHOOTING MORE BULLETS. thought putting it in caps would dumb it down for you since you still don't get it.
