K/d isn't everything kid
-
Lol isn't everything... um for pvp it kind of is. It is literally a statistic telling you how good you are at getting kills and staying alive. Last time I checked in a first person shooter that's kind of the objective.
-
In elimination yes. In everything else the objective is the objective. Dying to advance the objective is better than running around control slide shot gunning to pad your k/d
-
Um getting kills in most cases increases your score for the team. Having dead opponents makes the objective easier usually. Your riding a flimsy argument. Trials and iron banner too btw. And if your dead and looking at k/d's you can get an idea of how much people die, you can't do much for objectives
-
Dying to advance the objective
Like the objectives in Clash, Mayhem, Skirmish, and Rumble, right?
-
Control sabotage rift etc
-
You miss the point. All the game modes I just listed have the objective of NOT dying.
-
Nope.
-
What do you mean, nope? That is the main objective of those game modes: kill enemy players. Don't let them kill you. Arguing any further is moot.
-
Nope. I win
-
This here is a prime example of the seventh grade.
-
No but it's highly correlated to skill, kid
-
Nope.
-
How can you argue with that, your just being ignorant. More kills in a match with minimal deaths will always make you better then the guy with 3 kills and 10 deaths. I know some players are casual and can be an exception, as well as guardians who are doing bounties.

Nope.
