That's not the point. In the video, he clearly shot him with the arrow first but the tether didn't activate in time to hold down the sunbreaker. All he's saying is that the tether show activate way faster than it currently does.

No, there was a video on here the other day where a Titan was hit directly with shadow shot and just smashed the tether before it activated to continue is hammer spree.
