I have no qualms with your defense, but titans aren't slower. that's the problem with the entire character archetypes. all class have the same armor. and they all have mostly the same agility. titans actually sprint faster than any class (except bladedancers with the right perk). And with hammer of solt, i can assure you it takes more than two shots of a golden gun. I have let off three (missed my fourth shot sadly) and they were almost dead but not quite. and as for dodging the hammers, the splash damage is too unavoidable.
