Tether is way too slow it needs to shut something down as soon as it comes in contact with a target

Since shadowshot lingers and will tether anyone who walks in its aoe. Have you tried planting it In a room or behind a corner and wait for the sun dude to come? Using your radar to your advantage? I always thought this would be a way to trap sun breakers. Best of luck from your friendly warlock.

That is good but I feel that it should still tether on impact other wise it will almost always lose against GG, SG, BD, and such

I mean if it did tether immediately then it would almost always win against GG, SG, BD and such.

Because that's the point of the super to suppress them. But it only grants one kill see what I mean?

Not with quiver, you can get 3. So effectively the only buff it really needs would be .10 seconds less on the cast time, and it'd be fine.
