Yeah the activation should be shorter, the shooting animation is fine at the length it is. Need to be smart when firing it off, but outplaying another super is usually cancelled by the time the tether takes to activate on a direct hit. The activation from shooting the environment is perfect as it is, but for a direct hit it could def be shortened.
