People haven't complained that a night stalkers super DOESNT CANCLE when they die...

A Nova Bomb's vortex effect doesn't get canceled on death. Fist of Havoc's Aftermath doesn't cancel on death. The difference between those two and Tethers? You can't shoot Vortex or Aftermath to make it go away.
