The short range is less effective on faster targets. If I had used quiver, he was moving too fast to have been caught in the Tether. Thus, I prefer the longer range and duration.

I'm also a little lazier, but I love when people accidentally walk into its long range. Combined with the tracking perk... It's pretty funny.

That's not the point. It's the fact that the tether doesn't activate immediately after arrow impact.

Quiver sucks. Ridiculously short range and those lesser Hunters use it like it's a golden gun or something.
