Same here, got the arc sword upgraded completely and infused to 289 and no quests... a little help from bungie would be nice...

Yeah a few weeks ago it glitched, so it kinda skipped a few steps and went to the last step... I did see another forum post where bungie responded and said that they were working on a fix for it.
