I feel ya, but they're not going to allow more content on past purchases now. It's too much effort and they won't see the profit motive (even though there is one). Games like this will always "progress" like this because they want to focus on the newest content.

Nobody is against progression. They missed out on more money by screwing people over. Now those who waited for reviews and feel extorted will never buy it.

It's not too much effort. They went out of their way to remove stuff. It was obviously an effort to lock content, not a lack of effort to support us.
