Dear Support, I just bought this game for the first time (collector destiny plus taken king and dlc. bought on Ps4 via PS store). I created some characters just to look at the game at this moment there was not a lot of playing time for me. When playing now i decided i did not like the way my characters looked so i deleted them (hunter and titan). I created a new hunter. Looked up on the internet how to get shaders/emblems and class items and realized there was no class package on the postmaster. Also under special deliveries where 3 items. The first item did nothing (was no text or explanation) the level boost is still there i don't dare to touch now and the other collector item (Suros emblem and shader) is there. I really hope the items can be re send as otherwise i just paid a lot of money for nothing. Thanks for the help!!
