This is an unacceptable response from Bungie. It basically means that they don't know how to fix the problem technically, so they blame the player base for not following an unwritten guideline... All the characters on your account should have the content for which YOU the customer paid. Everyone experiencing this issue should contact their respective retail and get a refund for the collector's edition content.

  • Yeah its frustrating problem is I bought my game on psn so getting a refund is gonna be difficult. For me for such an expensive and big game it's strange there is no real support system in place.

  • This I have been trying for a week to get them to respond regarding an issue with the codes for the original (ghost) collectors edition amd nothing. I even went as far ascalling their HQ and even that phone line is a joke (really, I recommend you googling their phone and calling it once to hear)
