I have a similar issue where the Primary user profile can access TTK, but all other profiles on the console are locked out of the content. Console = xbox360

Been 3 days but nothing from Bungie. Its very frustrating.

Same issue here, I can access fine, son's account can not. This happens on Xbox 360. Interesting thing is we did the same on our Xbox one and he was able to access/download TTK no issues. Please fix so my son can play with Xbox 360 friends soon!
