[MEGA THREAD] Please Bump this until Bungie gives us a good answer

So its been 3 long days. Still nothing from Bungie that they are trying to fix this bug. What is this bug? So PS3/4 and XBOX360 and One are having this issue or bug. But some people can access to TTK on their other accounts in the same system without having problems. So we think this is a bug because some of us cant access to TTK on our subaccounts. It says that you need to have TTK. I am a PS4 user. Me and my brother have different accounts on the same system. We have been playing Destiny over a year now without a problem of like this. But now only he can play and I am blocked by this bug or issue. I tried everything. Restoring licences or activating primary does not work. Although it does work on some people which suggests to me that its a bug or an error that they can fix. But the sad part is we are not hearing any official statement form Bungie. I got a reply yesterday. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/153993455/0/0 But its been a day and nothing came back. They only say this but this does not help either. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/153798321/0/0 Because we arent on two different systems we are on the same system. And even if we want to buy TTK alone PSN or XBOXLive does not give us access to buy it because we need to own the previous DLCs on our second account that we are trying to play. This is total bs because I played those DLCs and I have three lvl 34 characters. We just need an official answer from Bungie that its going to get fixed or not, you will have to buy all that you bought again or anything. I honestly just want them to say anything at this point. And if any BungieHelp(number) is going to comment please dont comment what you have said over 3 days. Thank you all I hope this will get their attention because we do not deserve to get avoided constantly. Edit:So first read this. This applies for Playstation consoles too. And we are not trying to rob you by trying to play on different systems. We are trying to play on the same system. Please bump and I hope we will get some answers soon. So I suggest give this a try, hope it works. UPDATE:Still no answer from Bungie. This is very frustrating because we deserve attention. And I am seeing a lot of posts about Legendary Edtion. TTK is working but TDB and HOW are not. I think this is a Region 3(Asia) problem. Annndddd back to waiting. UPDATE2:Still no answer from Bungie. UPDATE6:Day 4 and still no response. I am running out of patience as many of you are. nealos66's comment explain the situation and the reason that why the hell we arent getting a simple yes or no answer. There was a bug I believe and I talked to Sony about this they said talk to Bungie so I went mad. After my mad sessions I have found out that our payment has never been done. It bugged itself and let my brother play so when I purchase TTK again(technivally not again) and now it works. I dont know if this helps to anyone. But I am not bailing out, we still need some answers for those who still cant access TTK on their subaccounts even though they have paid it.Thank you.

  • Found out that the Gamesharing rules & regulations are different on XBOX360. Bungie is not legally bound to game share across multiple acounts, so they haven't... They have just decided to say nothing! Even though the Microsoft Usage Restrictions on 360 states [b]"The item you are trying to download is subject to usage restrictions. You can use this item on the first xbox 360 console you downloaded it to. Access to this item will also be granted to all users on this first console." [/b] The only thing you can do is ask for a refund from Microsoft

    • Bump! Still can't play and it's already day 6! Bungie, at least acknowledge whether this is an error or if it's an intentional change so some of us can either hope for a fix, or buy another copy.

        Guys I may have a possible solution, which really helped me, check this post out : https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/154801908/0/0 After going through a lot of threads, I did this to solve my problem, if people are still having problem with the sub accounts (for the PS4) atleast, check the post out. Guys upvote this post so people see it, it could help some people

        • Bump I think acknowledgement will go a long way with some of us on here while others, I'm sure, are feeling like giving up on Bungie all together. It's truly sad that the issue has been ignored, so it seems, and leaves little hope for future DLC's in my opinion. I won't be as excited for the next one which is sad to admit. I'll continue to support this thread in hope that those of you who are looking for answers receive them.
