Don't do them if you don't want to. It is just a weapon bounty. I think they do that because it gives you a challenge or incentive to try other weapons. Sincerely, I have NEVER used a sniper before in PvP except in Bastion and First Light, but I found it fun and I was actually excited when I finished the bounties on all of my characters. I never thought I could headshot more than one guardian in a game, specially with so little ammo and close ranges (most kills so far in a game was 8 sniper kills, 4 headshots). I might try more snipers in the future.... As for the omolon fusion, HOLY CRAP THAT GUN IS SOOOO GOOD! It feels like you are using a legendary fusion rifle! I know now what foundry I will choose for fusions now.
