I liked wearing the different cloaks I got from accomplishments I got like Prison of Elder's Kellhunter's Hood; but it's defense 3 while some bland-looking rare I got from an old Cayde-6 quest is 130, which is almost as high as a legendary helmet, gauntlet, or boots. It makes no sense to have cloaks have defense.
