[BUNGIE] Unable to access the Expansion content? Please check here for more details

We have received reports from players that are unable to access the Expansion content. We have provided some FAQ below, and will add more as needed. [b]I still receive an Expansion Required message, but I already own the Expansion content:[/b] Please ensure that the Expansion content is fully downloaded, as sometimes downloads are stuck in a queue and do not install automatically. We suggest that you restore your licenses to ensure that everything has downloaded properly. Please follow the link for more information on how to restore licenses on your console. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 If that does not resolve your issue, please restart your console and relaunch Destiny. [b]I purchased the Expansion from a retailer and when I entered the code it didn’t unlock the Expansion content:[/b] Some retailers will credit your XBL or PSN account with a dollar value rather than unlocking the Expansion content. Please check your PSN or XBL store and verify that you have either a) received the Expansion or b) received a credit to purchase the Expansion. If you have verified that you have received credit in the amount of the Expansion, simply purchase the Expansion and begin your download.   • I'm on an XBox One, and I've had the expansion pass since release. I've been able to play the expansion content just fine until recently...now it won't recognize that I have it purchased. The expansion pass is still installed on my Xbox, but if I click on it to play it it just sends me straight to the store to buy it again. I've restarted and reset the Xbox, uninstalled and reinstalled game...but had to have a friend log in on the console to reinstall the expansion, as it refuses to recognize that I have it purchased to restore the license. I can log on to my account on my friend's Xbox One and it recognizes right away that I have the expansion, and gives me no issue playing. He can log on to his account on my Xbox and it recognizes that he has the expansion, and gives no issue. I log in on my own Xbox, and it says I don't have the expansion... I tried restoring the license for the expansion on my friend's xbox, and then logging back in on mine...nothing. It will only recognize that I have the expansion if he logs in on my xbox while I'm signed in and restores the license. This only lasts until I return to the home menu, at which point it revokes my access again. I still have the receipt from my purchase of the expansion, and I've been able to play it fine up until two days ago... Please help.
