That would be because it's still open, until Activision tells them it's been resolved it will remain open. Also the complaint was against Bungie, not Activision.

When Bungie made Halo with Microsoft they did a fantastic job because Microsoft let Bungie design and build the game as they wished. While Activision said to cut out parts of Destiny to be future DLC. Also Activision made the main story writer leave along with other Bungie employees. Activision is the horrible company, NOT Bungie.

Actually, it's Bungie's fault. They missed their first deadline, this game was supposed to be released in 2013. Then people started leaving and Bungie was left scrambling. Activision did what any responsible publisher who paid $100 million for a product would do, they held them to the second deadline. Bungie couldn't get the job done so things had to be cut and finished. You can't fault Activision for wanting returns on their substantial investment.

Well maybe if Activision wasn't so caught up with their profits and didnt have the first deadline (being set by Activision) so early and premature, then Bungie would've been able to complete their product fully and have a better game.

Premature? You realize this game in development for 4 years and planning began some 10 years ago? I'd say they had plenty of time, money and resources for this game to be an all time great.

Planning and accual development are two TOTALLY different things. Just because someone begins planning 3 or so years ahead doesnt mean that they have everything worked out for the development of the game itself. Also the ten year part isnt true. Destiny is meant to be a ten year game.

If you go to BBB and look at Bungie it says aka Activision Blizzard, inc in small print under it.

The first picture you posted was a reply email saying against Activision Blizzard. Activision called you and sent a new copy. And now you're saying the complaint was against Bungie and that's why it's not on the BBB site. Keep your story straight if you're going through this much trouble...

No, the people believing you and thinking you are some forum hero are the dense ones. This whole story of multi-million dollar companies resolving issues in a single day because of your feelings towards their product, is dense. That's not how this stuff works

The type of complaint you are filing to the BBB would not be accepted by them. Seriously. Do some research before trying to fool everyone on the forums, it doesn't work. I'm in business and marketing, I know how things work through the BBB. I know how the lifespan of a complaint to resolution works. This is not proof of anything. I could type in an email, scale the page to show only what I want you to see and put it up as "proof". It doesn't prove a single thing

Proof or not it's a waste of time. The BBB deals with things that matter and not irate spoiled kids. They have real issues to deal with. The complaint will not result in any action by the BBB. Granted Activision may choose to take action on their own and that's to their credit not the BBB.
