I got it on my first Hard Mode run, and about twenty other times. It's on my Warlock.

My Hunter had a PvP build going on with shitty gloves. This is my regular build. As for my Titan and Warlock, I couldn't care less about them. I use them for nightfalls, but not much else.

Why?.. I mean even if it does people will find the next best thing so are you gonna want every future iteration to die as well?

Eventually, yes. I want to keep getting new gear and have goals. When older guns keep remaining relevant there is no incentive to do so. In a loot-based game like Destiny, we need to move away from older content.
