Now look at the company name of the company that handles bungies complaints on the BBB website (scroll down to additional information and read it)

I'll help you out it says "Activision Blizzard INC" and that is activisions official name which is what they would put on the package they send you. Also if you want to see activisions BBB page here it is (and again it says the companies name is Activision Blizzard INC.
As further proof when you search Activision on the BBB site there is no company called Activision INC, if you look at Activision Blizzard INC it says it's also known as Activision Publishing INC but there is no Activision INC.
Have to pay attention to the details bro!

Edit 2: actually you did get the address wrong cause if they sent you a game it would have come from their distribution center in Fresno not a studio in el segundo.

Actually I do work for a major company and their legal name shows up on everything. It is never abbreviated or shortened in any way. Not saying that it's not possible for a company to do so but if you have some examples I would be interested to hear them cause most companies do use their official name. By the way you don't need to be a dick I was laughing when I wrote that post I thought it was funny if he did overlook that detail but I wasn't being a dick and didn't call anybody names so I don't understand why you feel the need to.

It very likely that Activision uses a specific company to handle customer service issues, than a different subsidiary to send the free games. Activision is not just one giant company. It's two giant companies that own a bunch of other companies.

Being that I was an investor in ATVI for 10 years, I can tell you for certain that the Activision subsidiary that handles the customer service is different from the Activision subsidiary (probably the distributor facility) that would send you the game. Just SMH at the "Haters", they are still going strong on this and they have no valid argument. You should do another Nightfall tonight, their heads might explode. LMAO.

Activision Inc is a subsidiary of the parent company Activision Blizzard Inc, it is Activision Inc that is partnered with Bungie to publish Destiny. And I do believe this. A few years ago I caused a stink with Microsoft because of some malfunctioning X360 hardware it went up the chain and literally a day later they FedEx'd me a brand new copy of Halo 4 and the Tomb Raider controller.
