Yes an American company, but any physical copy to be sold in the EU is manufactured and distributed from the EU not the US.
GTA is made by a Scottish company they don't pay more in the US though...
Edit: surely we would of paid £60 for Destiny as it was $60 then?

Well, activision is greedy and figures theyre going to start charging more overseas basically. I hope they dont continue because this trend might catch on with other companies.
