Not needed. If you don't have friends to play with you, then that's your own personal issues. And if they're not on when you want to do something, then wait. And if you can't get together to complete an activity due to conflicting schedules then don't worry about playing the game. That's how it was back in the day, you are just constantly asking to become spoiled.
As Bungie said themselves, putting together your own team is part of the raid experience, if you fail to see that, then you aren't truly living up to what is there to be offered.

The moment you said "back in the day" your logic was flawed. Back in the day, the resource and technology wasn't available to perform these things, thus you HAD to do without. Nowadays the option isn't readily accessible due to poor planning and deadlines. How would you like to report that your car isn't running correctly to your dealer and they respond with, "well back in the day, we rode horses!!!"?

Your metaphor is flawed, they have the technology to do so, yes, but it's not how the end game activities are supposed to be played. You and a group of friends are supposed to complete a raid or compete in trials. Not you and a bunch of people the game paired me up with. You are ignoring the fact that having friends is a important part of this game, failure to actually have some is going to cause you to dislike the game.

FYI no one on lfg is your friend, at best they are aquaintences at worst they are using your for a free ride or checkpoints. So tell me again about your 'friends'
-
Well I have actual friends and don't need to go on LFG for any reason. So I suggest you get some yourself and see how your opinion on this topic changes.

Spoken like a true bungie employee.

Say it how you will I do not work there, even if I would like to. But just because I have convicting ideas that match up with Bungie's own views doesn't mean I work there. So don't act like you know everything.
