What's it look like? Everything I saw looked like the generic armour

I wasn't talking about the aesthetics, I was talking about the effects. Shadestep & Rapid Shot are in the same column, meaning there has to be something exotic providing one or the other. There is no perk that causes Nightstalker's to go invisible in their smoke in their perk tree, which leads me to believe it is exotic.
