Take your sword guardian...
The breeze caresses your face as you stand atop a mountain, over the broken city you once called home.
Before you: a sword.
Should you chose to take hold of it, will be your choice. But beware guardian, the light it possesses will reflect the inner truth within your soul. Will it be a light of pure wrath? or a dark light? (a crippling hunger for destruction of all things good and evil.)
Take the sword guardian. TAKE IT and Keep it near you, as you face the destroyer of your home. Will you kneel before her? Or will you destroy her and regain the reputation you've lost for your failure to protect your city?

1 ReplyI walk slowly to where it rests in the ground. I reach out towards the hilt. As I grasp it, I remember what I've lost forever. My grip tightens as my hunger to avenge the ones I've lost gets a hold of me. I pull out the sword with a sadistic grin on my face. It's time. The shadows will be waiting.
