Except the UK are paying $51.63 and the rest of Europe are paying $43.87 - if we were sharing the costs then they would be the same.
Also, the individual unit cost of localisation is in the few pennies not $11.

When the original Xbox was released in the UK, I remember an interview with a MS executive. The interviewer asked how come games are more expensive in the UK, and the reply was, simply because UK players will pay it. Either pay for it or don't if you don;t think its worth the value for you. By it in 6 months to a year when its bargain basement price.
