I'm not too picky about whether or not there's secondary requirements as long as those requirements, if they do happen, GUARANTEE a level gain instead of "herp derp have this chatterwhite instead of the one piece of armor you still need".

But theoretically, you shouldn't need the armor anymore (at least to increase your level).
