To add, having all of the same faction weapons equipped could give you a x% rep bonus. The cynic in me tells me they'll just use pre existing archetypes and "brand them." So for example the low impact/high rof auto rifles would just be a different brand from the med impact/lower rof auto rifles and nothing would change. And the only reason to separate perks by brand is to better balance possible rerolls so there's not one possible combination of perks that makes the weapon unbalanced. But darn it, I want to think positively.
