Definitely not Monte. Monte is completely different from Hakke's style.

I'd say it's a SUROS.

Everything SUROS has a rounded top. Monte Carlo is very angular.

Monte Carlo is a custom made showpiece designed by a unknown team. It was never meant to really be used, but they did put it into production for a time, each one hand made. Now they seem to be lost, but nonetheless, Guardians have been hunting each of the few made down.
