Can't tell...would've liked an image of the perk trees. They're wording isn't too great.
For looks, omolon looks coolest.

From what I've gathered, it's like this: Hakke: Minor changes that all focus on forward combat. Minimal changes; basic attack-based Omolon: Perks change weapon behaviour rather than stats, meaning it could make each weapon much more unique. Major changes; perks "evolve" (my own choice of word) the weapon Suros: Perk changes focus on versatility/stats rather than behaviour, so weapons can be focus on different situations based on which perks you choose. Middling changes; perks are situationally-based

I'm wondering if they're redesigning all the perks, and not reusing any of the older ones. Curious as to what perks like smallbore, headseeker, hidden hand, tripod, third eye, etc are considered. O.O
