They didn't say their game was a failure, they just said they aren't satisfied with what they've done yet feeling they can do more. Any decent developer always sees room for improvement and never feels satisfied with what they've done. That said destiny has its flaws yes, we all know that, and BUNGIE clearly admits to that, and that's a good thing, because they clearly are interested in improving upon those short comings, hence the lack of satisfaction. I'm amazed you've managed to turn a humble "we know there's things to improve on and we want to work hard to improve them" into a "yeah we know we're selling garbage, hahaha throw more money at your screen!" Srsly. The demonization of anything someone at bungie says is so ridiculous sometimes.

 • Clearly, we have had to throw money at them to understand what the hell is going on so far with the story in Destiny. And a few base mechanics that should've been present from the beginning are still absent. All of the dlc thus far has been recycled content, adding nothing 'new' to the game but more redundancy. I thoroughly enjoy my time in the universe, but the constant grinding feels like it is slowly chipping away at my intelligence. Because, aside from pvp, this is the only thing left to do, once the repetitive revolving missions are done... opinion. TL;DR - game is broke. Bungee sees that we are aware. Hopefully some things get fixed

 • I bet the team that worked on the witcher 3 looked at it and thought "damn we did a fantastic job". OP is definitely on the extreme and trolly side of things but you are also a bit on the other extreme right now. Destiny is not what it was supposed to be plain and simple. Is that a scam? No not really but it is disheartening and it sounds like bungie has some understanding of that.

 • Though the witcher 3 devil pets may have said they did a good job, I'm sure they are working away thinking, what can we do better. A good developer is someone who can look at their finest work and still see room for improvement

 • That would be true if destiny was bungies finest work. I am sure that project red is looking for ways to improve but they made a game to be proud of at launch. Their game pretty much "lived up to its potential" day one. Destiny was so far away from its potential that improvements are obvious and numerous. I am glad that bungie sees this and is working to make the game better but man it doesnt take 10 years to make a good game.

 • I'm very aware that this isn't their finest product
