How do you desticle defense force fanboys feel when even BUNGiE is able to admit their game is is a lying heap of failure and you still eat their shit like sheep
pro tip: if someone tries to sell you something, and you get an unfinished shell of what you were promised and then that person tells you that for the full product you will have to throw money at them constantly for the next 10 years that's called a scam.

3 RepliesLol, all the people defending destiny need to get their heads examined. The game is obviously not what it was supposed to be, I don't think it's bungie fault but someone definitely tried to pull the wool over the people's eyes.

Bungie could literally shit in a bowl, hand it to these coprophagiacs, and they would instantly turn into Oliver... "Please sir, I want some more."

1 ReplyWhy are you here?

If you want more attention, I suggest playing hopscotch across a freeway with a blindfold on. You might even make it to the local news for "weirdest suicide" ever. :) Protip: no one gives a shit what you think so don't stroke your ego.
-
If you hate the game why are you stil on the forums shows you have no life hate people that are like that
-
Yet once again words taken out of content
-
Literally not what they said.
-
Well as a scam it's not a failure, and it's a pretty good time killer so I'm happy for now.

I think that OP is totally correct and knows what he's talking about. He also seems like a person who is capable of intelligent and coherent communication.
just kidding
516 hours played. Baaaaa.

No. They said it isn't at its biggest potential. They don't say it's garbage. I have full faith that they want to make it a good game. I honestly do

Edited by Jester8811: 7/14/2015 1:50:52 PMYou are an idiot. They're talking about not being satisfied and always wanting to improve You're like the guy who gets an email about your lost inheritance and sends them your bank account number
-
Let's hope they try now that they have said that. Lol. Outrage from the community. Huh. Never thought I would see something like that first hand

2 RepliesOh yes I see someone skipped their reading comprehension in grade school. Of course it appears that the article assisted in this error by also ripping the phrase out of its original context. I personally enjoy Destiny for what it is and I apparently was one of the gamers who had a very realistic idea of what Destiny was going to be. Many people took what they showed us before release and assumed that there was going to be 100 times more content. And now they sit back and say the game is hacked into pieces because there is not as much content as their assumptions made them believe. I also never really understood the whole repetitive argument. I mean seriously what games are out there that aren't "repetitive". Last I checked when I beat a game and go back to play it...it ends up being repetitive but I can still enjoy it. I think the biggest problem and reason for this view point is two fold. #1 Bungie's pricing model. I agree after buying the original and then having the DLCs come out for $20 each and now the Taken King coming out for $40......it would seem that Bungie's pricing scheme is a little steeper than most games. Now it is true that by and large their DLCs tend to be larger than most FPS DLCs (which usually end up being mainly PVP map packs). But their price still seems high. If the original DLCs were 15 and the Taken King was 30 this would seem to be a lot better price point. #2 The gamers completely unrealistic expectations of what Destiny was going to be and that continued expectation in basically saying that anything bungie does to make this game better is not good enough because it should have been done before release. And since it was not done before release it will never be good. Bungie has done a lot to make this game better and I enjoy Destiny for what it is. I hope it continues to improve I do not think that Destiny is the best game I have ever played......it is however the best FPS game I have played since MAG. BF3 ended up being a disaster after all of Dice's "balance" screw-ups. BF4 was horrible....Hardline was not even interesting. COD is meh and has been for years. Killzone practically made itself irrelevant. Halo's best game was Halo CE yet the recent attempt to revitalize it with the MCC ended up as a failure with so many gamers unable to play it for a pretty significant period of time.

Thats not the way the article goes. Its actually a good thing that they are dissatisfied with the game. Itd be shitty if they werent. Maybe READ the article before you make slanderous posts.

5 RepliesEdited by DarkestShad0w x: 7/12/2015 4:19:53 PMThey didn't say their game was a failure, they just said they aren't satisfied with what they've done yet feeling they can do more. Any decent developer always sees room for improvement and never feels satisfied with what they've done. That said destiny has its flaws yes, we all know that, and BUNGIE clearly admits to that, and that's a good thing, because they clearly are interested in improving upon those short comings, hence the lack of satisfaction. I'm amazed you've managed to turn a humble "we know there's things to improve on and we want to work hard to improve them" into a "yeah we know we're selling garbage, hahaha throw more money at your screen!" Srsly. The demonization of anything someone at bungie says is so ridiculous sometimes.

Anyone following the game a year or two before it came out knows this is not what we were shown.... But I still enjoy the game. It would have been a lot better if kept the same.

2 RepliesThe desticles are immune to facts

Uhhh this is taken completely out of context lol

2 RepliesI'm sorry, but your cart is so far in front of your horse, it's laughable. Call me an old man, but are you not familiar with the official nerd takeover protocols of 1982? We hammered out some SERIOUS documents that long night defining how this was going to work. The part that guys seem to forget now: The entire internet was conceived as an off-topic message board, so we could get away from the world. "A flood of random discussion" ? Again, please. We had t-shirts printed that said that when we sold the plans for the internet to Al Gore in 1983 in exchange for distilled spotted owl squeezings, which you may know are eight times as potent as mescaline. But the real problem is this: You are bogging down "phase two" which you would know all about if you had even READ the charter of the internet... To summarize, we have to get everyone actually USING the internet BEFORE we start making fun of them. Phase one create alternate reality with alternate set of values, phase two (PAY ATTENTION, I know it's hard, there might be new posts on reddit, it's been four seconds) phase two is GET EVERYBODY ON the internet. THEN you start making fun of them. You guys are blowing this, it's like you lack any real respect for your forebears. I went to the secret underground headquarters last week to get some old vinyls to sell at my yard sale, and the damn trained guard monkeys were all dead. Nobody fed them, because you guys are too busy making fun of teenagers for blindly supporting a video game they like. HOW CUTTING EDGE. You guys think being random and funny on the internet is a thing to do, but it was meant to be a means to an end. You're slowing down phase two by making it unwelcoming, because you just couldn't keep it in your pants until every living man woman and child on earth started using the internet all day every day. THEN we were going to suddenly turn around and start calling them words made of syllables also appearing in words describing the male anatomy. We were going to systematically destroy their self esteem, and then raze all the filthy bullshit they respect and value in the real world to the ground while they furiously typed reply posts to our many spambots who keep them busy all day on facebook or b.net... You're blowing it. You got bored waiting, I know. But you're blowing everything. If you want to help the REAL nerds who built all this shit, well... Grab a shovel and help me bury these -blam!-ing monkeys. Keep the costumes, though. We can use those for the next monkeys.

What happens if a post is hidden from you but you didn't mute anyone

1 ReplyWow, way to misread a quote... " “I actually don’t think there are many, or any, people on the Bungie team who look at Destiny as a job well done. It’s like a job in progress that has a ridiculous amount of work in front of us and huge amount of potential that we haven’t met at all in a bunch of ways. We’ve met it in other ways, but that potential is the thing we’re still chasing.” Nobody believes Destiny has reached full potential yet, but what we've seen so far is pretty amazing and more than we've ever had in a shooter before.

Him:How do you desticle defense force fanboys feel. Me:*shows sign That says Nobody Cares written in bold letters* We dont care tl'dr

12 RepliesIt's funny how anyone that doesn't hate the game is considered a "Desticle" or "fanboy", and those that hate the game continue to come here to protest and spout their hatred for it like the Westboro Baptist Church.
