I honestly don't care, the amount of content justifies the price anyway, whether it's "overcharging" or not.
It could be due to taxes, exchange rates etc, if you're that bothered research it, there is probably an answer somewhere.

I lived in the UK there is no reason, when i bought games at Game or on the Xbox store it was converted just about right. New games were about 42 quid which equals out to about $65. DLC and such were never more for the UK store from what i remember. Also your "the amount of content justifies the price anyway" made me laugh.

Not sure why that's funny. This dlc has got the most content, with almost both previous dlcs combined.
