Couple things there chief. Number one a lot of people might run intellect builds with armor like obsidian mind that's purpose is to get you your super quickly. Saving it for the perfect moment to get one or so more kills defeats the purpose and ends up hurting you in the end. And secondly a lot of times people may use a super on another player that's supered because it's about team play rather than individual kills.
