No one level will not... I still couldnt body shot a lvl 31 with a maxed efrideets that one level is nothing

It's not an overwhelming advantage, but even a small advantage will result in losing 50 50 fights time and time again. This is particularly impactful in 3 v 3 elimination. If you win round after round with a 33, congrats. But you might as well get that last etheric light.

33 to 34 the damage out put is so minor it makes 0 difference. I give my 33 titan no love what so ever and run ToO with him every week and do just as well as I do on my 34 hunter and warlock
