I never understood y Bungie didnt foresee this issue...who's doing quality control over there?!?! I swear they spend more time marketing than fine tuning the actual game. Smg

Edited by Rynoceros: 6/26/2015 9:26:48 PMThis DLC was seemingly developed for the crackheads of the community. Wanna beat Skolas? First time around, you may want to insure that you have absolutely nothing else to do for at least 3 hours and pray that their servers don't drop you or your Fireteam from the activity. Wanna do Trials? Try to find 3 friends that aren't disgusted with this game's PvP already, have the OP weapon of choice, don't mind wading through the sea of exploits, and contending with unstable P2P connections.

I heard all that about ToO...thats y I havent attempted. Im pretty good at pvp despite my under 1 kd.....just ive lost interest to try to sniff out how to counter all the hidden glitches and glitchy tactics ppl use. No hating them...its just a game but i just didnt find it enjoyable

I bought the game for PvP. It was all I did for the first month, picking apart the maps and weapons. I found the aim assist and bullet magnetism disgusting, the Supers felt very cheesy, the lack of real variety in the game modes is pathetic, but mostly the size of the engagements. 6v6? What is this, 1999? Maps, the size of a closet? So lame.

True I never looked at it that way truthfully. Bungie needed small maps so the supers were not irrelevant.

I would 100% support checkpoints, even if only at the final round.

This ^ what's the harm in a final round checkpoint? Make it reset every week so you can't keep it (otherwise players would just play the Skolas encounter), but it eliminates issues which shouldn't be problems. 32s and 34s do not need it IMHO as the time required for those is the same as just getting to Skolas (where a perfect run is 25mins)
